GF Xpress provides service to the greater Kansas City area, and was started in response to the need for more food products, specifically designed with those who have gluten sensitivities.  Those who have this type of food allergy often resign themselves to facing the elimination of many of the foods and baked goods they once loved and craved.  Here at GF Xpress, we work to make it possible for anyone, but especially those with a gluten sensitivity, to enjoy all types of goodies. Our product line is daily expanding and currently includes baked goods like scones, cupcakes, muffins, yeast rolls, pound cakes, cookies and more.   We believe that good food brings joy and a smile to the face and belly!
